Avoided production
Every reused pallet cancels the harvesting, milling, drying and freight of building a new one — the bulk of a pallet's footprint is front-loaded before it ever ships.

Wood is a carbon store. A pallet in service keeps that carbon put; a landfilled pallet eventually releases it — often as methane, a far stronger greenhouse gas.
Repair beats replace
Swapping one cracked board returns a pallet to service for a fraction of the material and energy of a new build — the highest-leverage move in the whole loop.

Standards we hold ourselves to.
- ISPM-15 compliantWe supply heat-treated wood packaging that meets the International Standards for Phytosanitary Measures No. 15 required for international shipments.
- IPPC-registered facilityOur facility is authorized to apply the IPPC wheat stamp with our registered treatment code to certified export pallets.
- Heat treatment (HT) recordsWe maintain treatment logs showing wood cores reached 56°C for at least 30 minutes, available to customers for compliance documentation.
- GMA grading standardsWe grade and repair 48×40 pallets to accepted Grocery Manufacturers Association conventions so #1 and #2 designations mean the same thing to every customer.
- Zero-waste-to-landfill practicesOur recycling stream diverts sound boards to repair, ground fiber to mulch and biomass, and nails to scrap metal, keeping nearly the whole pallet out of the landfill.
