Do you really serve all 50 states?
Yes. We ship graded used pallets and run retrieval programs nationwide, with the densest coverage across Midwest, Northeast and Southern freight lanes.
Do you have a yard in my city?
Our own yard is in Cincinnati, Ohio. Elsewhere we work through partner yards and freight lanes, so lead times depend on distance from an active route.
Is there a minimum order outside Ohio?
Most out-of-state orders start around a bundle of roughly 100 pallets so freight stays economical. Full-truckload programs get the best per-pallet pricing.
Can you collect surplus pallets nationwide?
Yes. We schedule retrieval anywhere we run lanes; larger or recurring volumes are the easiest to route and usually earn a buyback rate.
How do I find pricing for my location?
Open your state page, then your metro, and send the quantity and delivery ZIP. We quote grades and freight within one business day.
