Real yard, real timber

We don't broker pallets from a spreadsheet.

We run the sorting line, the reboard station and the trucks ourselves. That's why we can grade to a written standard, take the broken ones, and promise a one-business-day quote.

Everything under one roof

Six ways we keep your pallets in motion.

Most companies you'd call a “pallet supplier” do one thing. We run the whole circular loop — so a single relationship covers procurement, disposal, and everything between.

Why it matters

A pallet is a carbon store on wheels. We refuse to burn it down.

Every reused pallet locks in the carbon already captured by its wood and cancels the harvesting, milling and freight of building a new one. Landfilling that same pallet does the opposite — releasing methane as it rots. Reuse isn't the “green option.” It's the only sane one.

The difference

Why companies run their whole pallet program through us.

01

Full pallet lifecycle under one roof

We buy, sell, recycle, remanufacture, and haul wood pallets, so you deal with one partner for supply and removal. That single relationship keeps your dock clear and your costs predictable.

02

Honest, consistent grading

Every pallet is inspected and sorted so the grade you order is the grade you receive. We would rather tell you recycled will do the job for less than oversell you a new pallet.

03

Our own hauling fleet

Because we run our own trucks in the Cincinnati region, we control scheduling and offer free removal on qualifying loads. Local deliveries typically go out within 2 to 4 business days.

04

Firm quotes that hold

We quote firm pricing that stays valid for a week in a market that moves daily. You can plan a purchase without worrying the number will change before you approve it.

05

Export-ready compliance

As an IPPC-registered facility we heat-treat and stamp ISPM-15 compliant pallets for international shipments. We confirm the correct treatment and marking before anything leaves the yard.

06

Nothing goes to waste

Unrepairable pallets are dismantled for parts and ground into mulch, bedding, and biomass fuel, while nails are recycled as scrap metal. Diverting that wood is good for your footprint and ours.

07

Custom builds to spec

We build pallets to your exact dimensions, deck configuration, and load rating using new or remanufactured lumber. Send a drawing, a sample, or photos and we will match or improve it.

08

Lean, email-first service

Running quotes and orders by email keeps our overhead low and gives you a written record of every spec and price. Those savings show up directly in the numbers we quote.

What is the minimum order to buy recycled pallets?

Our standard minimum for delivered recycled pallets is one full truckload, which is roughly 400 to 560 units depending on the pallet size and how they are stacked. Smaller will-call pickup orders at our Este Avenue yard can start at a single bundle of 10 to 25 pallets. If you need a partial truckload delivered, we can arrange it as an LTL shipment, though the per-pallet cost rises to cover freight.

How much does a used 48×40 GMA pallet cost?

Pricing moves with grade, volume, and local supply, but recycled 48×40 GMA pallets typically run from about $4.50 for a #2 grade up to $9 to $11 for a premium remanufactured #1. Full-truckload buyers see the lowest per-unit prices, while small quantities carry a handling premium. Because the used-pallet market fluctuates weekly, we quote firm pricing that holds for 7 days.

What is the difference between a #1 and a #2 grade pallet?

A #1 grade 48×40 pallet is structurally sound with no more than one or two replaced or repaired boards and a clean, uniform appearance suitable for automated handling and retail programs. A #2 grade has been repaired more heavily, may show cosmetic wear, and is fine for general warehouse and one-way shipping use. We inspect and sort every incoming pallet so the grade you order is the grade you receive.

Do you buy used pallets, and how do I sell mine to you?

Yes, buying used and surplus pallets is a core part of our business. Email us the pallet size, approximate quantity, condition, and your pickup location, and we will send a per-unit offer within one business day. For qualifying loads across the Cincinnati and Greater Midwest area we schedule our own trucks and haul them at no cost to you.

How much will you pay for my used pallets?

Buyback pricing depends on size, grade, and quantity, but standard 48×40 GMA pallets in reusable condition generally earn $1.50 to $4.50 each picked up at your dock. Odd sizes, damaged, and non-standard pallets are valued lower and are often paid on a per-load basis rather than per unit. Consistent, high-volume sellers can set up a standing account with scheduled pickups and locked pricing.

Do you charge to remove broken or scrap pallets?

For loads that contain a workable share of reusable pallets, removal is typically free because the good units offset the scrap. When a load is mostly broken or non-standard material, we may charge a modest per-pallet or per-load haul fee to cover labor, freight, and grinding. We always quote the net cost or credit up front so there are no surprises.

What happens to pallets that cannot be repaired?

Pallets too damaged to repair are dismantled and ground into wood fiber rather than sent to a landfill. That fiber is sold as landscape mulch, animal bedding, and boiler-grade biomass fuel, while usable boards are pulled for repairs and remanufacturing. Metal fasteners are magnetically separated and recycled through local scrap partners.

What pallet sizes do you stock?

Our most common stock is the 48×40 GMA footprint, but we regularly carry 48×48, 42×42, 36×36, 48×45, and 40×48 pallets, plus a rotating supply of odd and custom sizes. Availability changes with what comes through our recycling stream, so we recommend emailing your target size and quantity. If we do not have it recycled, we can often build it new to spec.
